I have been tracking calories and working everything that I will be eating for the day out in order to meet my daily calorie intake for 9 weeks now. It is very much time consuming and really takes up all of my time. I recovered from a severe eating disorder a few years back. I have never reached my ideal weight back again. I love to eat healthy and to exercise. I want to stop weighing food and tracking every calorie, but is also scared that I will start to lose weight again. I am currently eating 2500 calories a day. I am a 24 year old female, 166cm tall weighing 53kg at the moment.I do strength training 5 days a week. Day 1: Legs(Quad focused) Day 2: Back and bi’s. Day 3: Chest, shoulders and triceps. Day 4: Legs(hamstring and glute focused) Day 5: Upper Body. Is this an effective workout split?
I need help on how I can still live a life and being normal while maintaining my weight.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Kind Regards.
Demi
