        Each serving of Serious Mass gainer has 1250 calories. Suppose your daily calorie intake is around 3200 calories, you can consume 2000-2500 using whole foods, and take half serving of Serious Mass twice in a day to fulfill your requirement.
        This was just an example, you just have to calculate your Daily Calorie Intake and then decide the servings of each food item including your supplements.

      You cant really gain weight if you cannot bulk or be in a calorie surplus. Since you want to gain weight, I’ll assume you will follow the scientific approach towards the same.
      1) To begin with, increase servings in each of your meal by 10-25%. This means that every meal you consume should have more servings than before. Once you’re done with this, you can then increase the meals per day. Instead of eating 3 large meals per day, you can consume 6-8 shorter meals at an interval of 2-3 hours. This way you’re consuming more calories than usual and still good on metabolism. Include more of calorie dense foods like dried fruits, whole wheat breads, whole eggs, oats and peanut butter. For a better clarity, you can refer to the daily calorie calculator available on this website and calculate the exact number of calories you need in a day to gain weight.
      2) About supplementation, you don’t really need anything if your diet is on point. However being an ectomorph myself, I find it difficult to eat whole foods through out the day. If you’re really skinny and want to just gain weight you can go for a lean mass gainer like ON Pro Complex Gainer or Muscletech Masstech. Don’t rely on them completely but use them with a healthy diet to reap the benefits.

      Great choice. Serious Mass is one of the best mass gainers you can invest in. However as I’ve always mentioned in my posts, just gulping down mass gainers would not help you in the long run. You need to first improve your diet, and then add supplements to fill in the gaps. 70-80% of your calories should come from whole foods. Here are some tips that you can follow:

      1) While starting out, try to double or at least increase the serving of each meal that you consume. For example, if you were having 3 meals a day, increase the servings in each of those meals. You may need to force a little, but the idea is to eat more than you usually do.

      2) Second, increase the number of servings throughout the day. Along with 3 big meals, add 2-3 snacks between them. Keep dried fruits and other easily available calorie dense foods handy.

      3) Invest in a good blender. Mix up half serving of Serious Mass with a spoon of peanut butter and oats. This would further add up the calories, plus liquid calories are better to digest.

      4) Drink plenty of water and get adequate sleep. You do not want to waste the time you spent in gym.

    • Hi Nouman,
      There are a couple of things that you can do to gain weight. Start slowly, by eating more. That means whatever you are currently eating, try increasing the portion. If you were eating 2 sliced sandwich earlier, increase it to 4. Try adding weight gain shakes, calorie dense into your diet. Start working out if you aren’t already, and try focusing on compound movements. All of this is mentioned in the article: How to Gain Weight
