I’m Rohan, a perfect example of hard-gainer that I talk about in the above paragraph. Like most of the hard-gainers, I too had a tough time gaining weight since my school days. Being around 5’9 I was only 47kgs. Being born with a fast metabolism seems like a dream to some, but it has its own catch.
I tried increasing my diet, taking supplements and everything possible I could do but nothing would help. Then as I started reading various fitness blogs and talking to gym trainers I came the know the only thing I was lacked was consistency. I observed that to see a change in your body you have to keep working for it not for a week or month but all your life. You have to strive all through your life for the best and stay consistent with your plans.
Fast forward to 2019, I almost weigh 75kgs and fall under the category of fit people, while still being lean and muscular.
